Star Wars: The Force Awakens comes out on Blu-ray soon but it that isn’t stopping the machine that is Disney from tantalizing us with behind the scenes footage! The above video shows off the relatively unknown-at-the-time Daisy Ridley’s Rey audition. You hear JJ Abrams narrating the clip and he explains how important it was for him to have a newcomer actor with a tremendous range of emotion. As you can see by this Rey audition, Daisy Ridley totally nails the interrogation scene and even sheds a few tears! I guess she was willing to work to nail that coveted role new Star Wars series.
