Fans Want Black Widow Solo Film
Not coming as any surprise, a recent poll conducted by Fandango for USA Today asked who fans would love to see in a solo film within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The poll has established that movie-goers would love to see a Black Widow solo film out of a list of Black Widow, Vision, Hawkeye, Falcon, War Machine, and Scarlet Witch! Oh, that certainly would be nice to see a female-led Marvel movie, wouldn’t it? The poll came back with some rather interesting numbers too. Black Widow had a resounding 48% of the vote while Vision had 15%, Anthony Mackie’s Falcon came in with an impressive 12%, Hawkeye had 10%, War Machine had 8%, and the Scarlet Witch had 7%! What does that tell us? That 1 out of 2 people want a Black Widow solo film! That’s sound enough reasoning, right? We could always get a buddy cop film with Black Widow as the lead and Hawkeye as the sidekick as they go on all sorts of crazy adventures in Budapest.
Although already released in some international markets, Captain America: Civil War opens up in the US on May 6th, 2016 and stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Emily VanCamp, Tom Holland, Frank Grillo, William Hurt, and Daniel Brühl.
