Season 2 Legends of Tomorrow Episode Titled “The Justice Society of America”
Yup, you read it right; the second episode of Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 is officially titled “The Justice Society of America.” This news comes before Saturday’s SDCC 2016 panel for Legends of Tomorrow, thanks to a recent twitter post shared by Canary actress Caity Lozt. And on said post, as if to pacify those who would decry its validly, she shared the cover page for the official script. OBSERVE!

Now, the inclusion of the Justice Society shouldn’t be too much of a shock. Heck, Rex Taylor, aka Hourman (Patrick J. Adams), showed up at the end of season one verifying his card-carrying, Justice Society membership. And we’re very aware of a forthcoming Nate Heywood, aka Citizen Steel appearance due to the recent casting of actor Nick Zano. Yep, it seems the roster is slowly being filled for an impending Justice Society appearance.
So, who else might be on DC’s team of old-timey, pre-and-post-war heroes? Well, in the comics, Hawkgirl was a member, so perhaps she’ll join up with the currently mysterious, alternate dimension super-champions. Could we see another iteration of Hawkman? How about Alan Scott, the first Green Lantern, or perhaps an alternate, more active version of the Mister Terrific currently helping Felicity dole out high-tech hijinks on Arrow?
And how about John Wesley Shipp’s Jay Garrick? We know he’s a series regular, so depending on the time or relative age of the CW’s Justice Society, Jay might receive a glorious reintroduction as stalwart member of the legendary super-team.
So, who else do you want to see eating ham sandwiches on the surface of the Justice Society table in S2E2 of Legends of Tomorrow?
