Batman Arkham VR Trailer Features Gameplay Footage

We’ve been playing as Batman for quite some time. We’ve thrown sets of three Batarangs back in Nintendo. We fought insane clowns on SNES. We’ve used detective mode in the Arkham games but now it looks like it truly is our town! The above video is for Batman Arkham VR. What exactly is Batman Arkham VR? How about the next step in video games! Utilizing the latest technology from Playstation, Batman Arkham VR aims to put players in the prolific shoes of DC Comics’ most popular character.

In the Batman Arkham VR trailer, you’ll see people playing the game spliced with frames from in-game. You’ll see the people becoming Batman and a few short snippets of combat in-game. Hopefully if the grappling hook is in the game it won’t cause people to black out from simulated G-force. Or maybe that’s what we are aiming for! Either way, the Batman Arkham VR looks to be pretty fun!

Arkham Knight! I wonder how Jason Todd feels about this guy?

As per the video’s description, “If you haven’t witnessed first-hand what it’s like to become Batman, then the newest trailer for Batman: Arkham VR will give you a glimpse of what players are calling the closest you’ll ever get to stepping into the role of the World’s Greatest Detective.”

Batman: Arkham VR is the winner of the first ever E3 Game Critics Award for Best VR Game. Developed by Rocksteady Studios, creators of the critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham trilogy, Batman: Arkham VR is based on DC’s core Batman license and will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system with PlayStation VR in October 2016 for MSRP of $19.99.”
