First Wonder Woman TV Spot Shows Diana Deflecting Incoming Fire!
Warner Brothers just released the very first Wonder Woman TV spot on the heels of the resplendent, glitter-gifting Wonder Woman movie trailer released during last week’s pop-culture celebration, San Diego Comic-Con! No, there isn’t a whole lot to discuss considering this Wonder Woman baby-trailer comes in just under a minute, but there ARE a few milliseconds of BRAND NEW FOOTAGE. First, look up and press play. Then, come back to us when you’re done.
Cool, right?
“I have no father. I was brought to life by Zeus.” Steve Trevor finds that particular WW factoid…”neat.”
And then we cut to the trenches of World War I, where Wonder Woman rises from said trenches and….casually deflects mortar-fire. HOLY #$$#%!!!
Clothed in “civvies,” she throws a fella’ clear across the room. I mean, she can strangle a B-52 bomber with that arm, so hurling a fella’ 10-feet is…nothing.
A few more previously seen fight scenes, and then we get her still iconic, updated symbol accompanied by her AWESOME musical theme first introduced in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. I CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS MOVIE!
Based on the legendary character created by William M. Marston, Wonder Woman is Directed by Patty Jenkins and written by Jason Fuchs, starring Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, and Lisa Loven Kongsli. Wonder Woman hits theaters, Minotaurs, Centaurs and possibly Ares on June 2, 2017!
