Once again, in order to properly prepare us for the debut of another full-length Captain America: Civil War trailer, Marvel released the Civil War Team Iron Man teaser trailer! Yes, it’s time for Team Iron Man to represent, seeing as that band of anti-establishment outlaws – under the direction of Pubic Enemy Number One, Captain America – just received their quick-cutting Civil War character spotlight. Why give airtime to enemies of the state?? So the average American citizen can pick them out in a lineup! YEAH!
This Team Iron Man teaser trailer, through a series of quick-cutting character studies, flashes between Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), the Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), The Vision (Paul Bettany), War Machine (Don Cheadle) and The Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson).
Amidst these speedy sequences, the same, impressively vocal, and still unseen audience belts out the conflict-inducing chant, “United we stand, divided we fall!” AAAH! I guess that means ice cream without a cone is doomed to fail?? What, that’s not what it means?? STOP ROLLING YOUR EYES!
