That damn, roguish rapscallion, Captain America, thinks it’s perfectly acceptable to just drop massively destructive super-people into a crisis whenever he sees fit. On top of this, he thinks aiding the escape of a well-known super-terrorist is equally acceptable. Well, guess what, Cap? You need to be held accountable on BOTH points. Now, who’s going to wrangle up Cap’s enhanced gang of egregiously misinformed masked men and women?
