Neville and Stephen Amell on WWE

Let loose the Battle of the Stephens! Both Stephen Amell and Stephen Farrelly are no strangers to danger. One plays a vigilante on TV while the other gets paid to body slam people on TV. Both are also in the latest Turtles movie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. It should come as no surprise then that both Sheamus and Arrow want to utilize their respective entertainer skills in order to create another WWE event! You might remember a brush up Stephen Amell had with Stardust last year so it wouldn’t be Amell’s first rodeo. A fight between Sheamus and Arrow would surely be fun to watch!

“He did a stellar performance at Summerslam,” Stephen Farrelly commented regarding Amell. “I’d love the opportunity to take him on in the ring! The first time I sat down and met Stephen on set, he surprised me being a huge WWE fan, and so knowledgeable about it for all his life. I talked a bit about what I do, I was like, ‘Oh you know, come off the top rope, this and that,’ then he shows me this video of him doing Parkour, jumping off walls, doing flips, coming down, another flip, jump out to another wall… I was like, oh, I’ll stop talking about myself now. I was pretty impressed.”

Stephen Amell then added, “I had to be headbutted by Stephen [Farrelly] in the movie, and of all the stunts I did in the movie, including a car whipping by me at 100 miles per hour, that was the most frightening thing by far. I had the good fortune to live a dream for the past year, have a WWE match, get involved, and see what this guy goes through on a daily basis, and he’s underselling his schedule and how crazy it is. Maybe one of these days. The WWE, things can change on a dime.” What are your thoughts? Would you like to see the Casey Jones/ Rocksteady fight play out again with Sheamus and Arrow? I just hope they both come out to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles music!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Out of the Shadows swings into action on June 3rd, 2016 and stars Megan Fox, Stephen Amell, Will Arnett, Brian Tee, Tyler Perry, Brittany Ishibashi, Laura Linney and William Fichtner.
