Yes, it’s ‘Marvel Week’ on Jimmy Kimmel Live and all is right with the world. Recently and on said program, Captain America himself, Chris Evans, appeared along with his ‘Team Cap’ compatriots, Anthony Mackie (the Falcon), Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier) and Paul Rudd (Ant-Man) to support the forthcoming release of Captain America: Civil War! They brought smiles, enthusiasm, camaraderie, and one hell of scene from the upcoming, ideological pee-pee contest rife with incredibly destructive super-powers! What? Allow me to translate: they shared a brand new scene from Civil War! Okay, enough with all this prefatory, obligatory introduction nonsense; watch (above) as a completely starstruck Ant-Man meets Cap in this new Civil War clip!
A Very Quick Breakdown:
1. Ant-Man is driven to a seemingly undisclosed location in order to meet Captain America. He’s either asleep or still feeling the lingering effects of a forcefully applied sedative when the van door opens. Was he taken against his will, or merely tired?
2. The absolute second he sees Captain America, the peripheral buzzing of his circumstances falls by the wayside. It’s Captain America, and he’s a freaking living legend. When Ant-Man shakes his hand…he can’t un-shake it.
