Oh, Doug Benson…you blew up your friend’s spot! On Doug Benson’s podcast, Doug Loves Movies, Doug let slip that his friend Steve Agee missed the podcast because he was busy filming Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2! The direct quote was, “[Steve] just found out because he’s in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, he has to shoot that bulls–t instead of being here with us today,” said Benson. Probably too much of the halfling’s leaf would be my guess…at least that’s why Benson let this tidbit slip! He certainly doesn’t make a secret of his certain…proclivities.
Given Steve Agee’s close connection to James Gunn it seems that this would be definitely be true. Who could he be playing? Some say that he could make a good Adam Warlock but remember how crazy we all got when we saw Nathan Fillion was going to be in Guardians of the Galaxy! We all speculated that he could be Nova or somebody like that and he was…some random prisoner in the Kyln. Could Steve Agee be somebody special or just a cameo? Guess we will have to wait and find out!
Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 is currently set to be released on May 5th, 2017.
