Michael Shannon. I just wanted to throw that name out because that guy has a certain amount of creepy intimidation to him! Imagine if Gary Busey and he were in the same room? As long as their gazes wouldn’t meet I’m sure this reality would be safe. Joking aside, Michael Shannon played Genaral Zod in Man of Steel and now Zod weighs in on Batman V Superman! Who does the actor think would win? In typical crazy fashion, Michael Shannon responded quite gloriously.
“I’m so utterly unconcerned with the outcome of that fight. So profoundly, utterly unconcerned. I can’t even come up with a fake answer. I guess I have to root for Superman because he killed me, so I would hope that he would continue his killing spree and become like a serial killer Superman,” said the Zod actor. “That’s a new take on Superman. We’d all be in a heap of trouble if Superman was a serial killer. He could just wipe us all out. But then he’d be lonely.” When asked then if Superman would be lonely, Shannon responded, “Well, we’re all lonely.” Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter and Gal Gadot.
