It’s another .00000057 seconds of brand new footage in this brand new footage-bearing Batman V Superman trailer! Residing within said newness – residing within said trailer – is a bit of dialog uttered by the overly confident Dark Knight right before he crosses elbows with the very indestructible elbows of a certain Man of Steel. Yes, Batman taunts Superman in the new Batman V Superman trailer, and it goes like this:

“Well, here I am.”

Oh, yeah.

Of course, and about .0000000079 seconds after uttering said utterance, Superman applied some amazing super-speed and pushed Batman several hundred feet into the air and through an office building. Then, after being shoved through said office building, Batman finds himself being hurled against his very own Bat Signal. Look, Superman warned him. And heck, he even showed kindness after Batman refused to heed his warning; he demanded Batman remain face-down on the concrete in order to guarantee an ending to these unnecessary hostilities. Look, just stay down, Batman. He’ll hit you into the moon with a tractor trailer if you keep this up.

Debuting March 25, 2016, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Amy Adams and Laurence Fishburne. Oh, and probably a lot of unhappy citizens caught in the crossfire when Superman and Batman indulge in a pee-pee contest.
