Cut that deck of cards and break out your trench coat jumpsuit because we now have an image of Channing Tatum’s Gambit Haircut! Unfortunately for him, nobody realized that was going on at the Golden Globes and celebrity commentators were left rather puzzled. Well, it could have been worse…he could have shown up as Danny McBride’s ‘pet’ from This Is The End. That costume would have made a big splash that’s for sure, and they always say bad publicity is good publicity but…yeah, that’s what I thought!
I could see why that might raise a few eyebrows…especially at a high-fashion event like the Golden Globes! Perhaps if he would have had a telescopic staff and Cajun accent then people may have been more receptive. That haircut by itself is kinda…yeah. Gambit will be a part of the FOX X-Men Universe and the production of Gambit has hit a few snags along the road but at least we will get a chance to see the popular character outside of a Wolverine movie. Oh, I’m sorry about that reference…for both Gambit and Deadpool! Hopefully Deadpool shows that an X-Men character can stand on his own two feet without the need for Hugh Jackman. He’s a song-and-dance man anyways and he needs to clear his schedule for Van Helsing 2. One can only hope anyways.
