In this latest X-Men: Apocalypse clip, it appears Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) is looking to recruit/rescue mutants snatched from their everyday lives and deposited at some underground, German fight club. Yup, it looks like Angel (Ben Hardy) is ready and waiting in the caged ring as his opponent is remanded to said ring via a convenient, portable, mutant-carrying cage. What the hell?? You’re going to have to see this for yourself…

He immediately teleports to avoid Angel’s advance, an attack implemented with fluffy, soft, not dangerous AT ALL…bird wings. And, having successfully teleported, Nightcrawler clings to the cage, only to be juiced with a high concentration of uncomfortable volts.
Mystique does NOT approve. How does she express said disapproval? She walks up to someone who appears informed and in charge, and then punches the hell out of him. Don’t mock; this is how the X-Men performed rescue operations from 1982 to 2006. Strategy was….forthcoming.
