Prepare to have your collective brains melted! RealD has released images of their exclusive custom made 3D glasses for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. What kind of 3D glasses might we expect for Batman V Superman? Well of course we’ll get a Batman and Superman but who else? How about newcomer Wonder Woman!? Ah, I guess we shouldn’t hold our breath for Aquaman, Cyborg, Flash, and Green Lantern. Wait, no Green Lantern…they are saving him for much, much later! I think we have Ryan Reynolds to thank for that. We’ll probably see those Green Lantern 3D glasses sometime around 2020…
So there you have it! The Batman glasses have the quintessential Bat-ears, Wonder Woman has a faux-gold trim, and Superman’s….well, Superman’s looks like something Clark Kent would wear. That’s probably what they were going for, right? The real question is whether or not we would be allowed to keep said 3D glasses after Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice! Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice opens up on March 25th, 2016 and stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter, and Gal Gadot.
These look awesome! It’s always fun when film companies put details like this into the promo for a movie. I wonder what other big films in the future will have custom 3D glasses.
