The wponx Instagram account just dropped another image taken from the scorched, future inhabited by an older, somewhat despondent Wolverine. In LOGAN, the third, solo Wolverine film and Jackman’s final reprisal as the very un-merry mutant, we’ll see ‘Logarene’ accompany a young X-23 and, more than likely, protect her from cyborg assassin (and classic comic book baddie) Donald Pierce and his equally cybernetic pack of assassins, the Reavers. In this latest, wponx-spawned image, we get our very first look at one of the oft-mentioned but never witnessed Reavers as he takes aim between the foliage, preparing to, more than likely, shoot the hell out of Wolverine. OBSERVE!
See the cybernetic hand? Yep, just like one of his comic book counterparts, he’s part hateful man, part killing machine.
Now, the actor’s name isn’t listed, but sources point to David Kallaway.
Can an older, less effective Logan take on the combined might of Donald Pierce and the Reavers to successfully protect X-23 and her incredibly valuable DNA??
LOGANÂ currently has a release date of March 3rd, 2017 and stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Boyd Holbrook, Richard E. Grant, Stephen Merchant, Eriq La Salle and Elise Neal.
