FINISH HIM! Wait, this isn’t Mortal Kombat….it is the latest TV spot for Captain America: Civil War! Amazing! You could see how I became confused, right? Any-who, this latest 30 second clip shows off a few of the same scenes we’ve seen before like Winter Soldier taking a shot at a very surprised Tony Stark. The scene of note in this though is Spider-Man and Winter Soldier facing off…and we get to hear Spider-Man quip out a bit more than ‘Hey Everybody!’ At least they are keeping in some of his trademark humor. Spider-Man and Winter Soldier’s exchange had Marvel’s Wall-Crawler admiring the bionic arm of the Winter Soldier…which seems like something you would do in the midst of combat, right? Ah, good old Spider-Man. It’ll be interesting to see how that fight between Spider-Man and Winter Soldier plays out!
Captain America: Civil War comes out May 6th, 2016 and stars Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Emily VanCamp, Tom Holland, Frank Grillo, William Hurt, and Daniel Brühl. Civil War is interesting because we’ll get to see Spider-Man finally join the Marvel Cinematic Universe! Thanks Sony! Now if only we can get some X-Men to show up…
