The below video is the X-Men Apocalypse: ‘In Search Of’ teaser which combines images from the earlier trailers, artwork, and scenes from the X-Men movie to create a commercial for a fake TV documentary! Interesting movie, FOX marketing guys. Created in the same vein as Leonard Nimoy’s In Search Of, the X-Men Apocalypse: ‘In Search Of’ Teaser traces the path of the mutant known as En Sabah Nur through history and his influences on culture. Apparently, he’s wiped out civilizations but also gave us microwavable pizza bites and chicken fingers so it is kind of a give-some, lose-some kind of exchange. Kidding aside, The X-Men Apocalypse ‘In Search Of’ Teaser will more than likely mark the deluge of tons and tons of viral marketing. Good for us, right?

X-Men Apocalypse opens up on May 27, 2016 and stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar Isaac, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn and Lucas Till. Finishing up the storylines of X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Futures Past, X-Men Apocalypse will see J-Law’s Mystique leading the charge against Oscar Isaac’s Apocalypse. Wait, Mystique is leading the charge? How did that end up happening! Perhaps she’ll have a bow in this one…
