Final Fantasy 15 Gets a Demo, Release Date, and Movie

I guess Square-Enix likes to hit people with a bunch of good news all at once! Last night, Square-Enix hosted a special conference that actually resulted in a ton of information coming out about Final Fantasy 15! You might recognize that game as being stuck in limbo..for like 6 years. Hey, if it is worth doing it is worth doing right, right? Any-who, Final Fantasy now has a release date (September 30th 2016), a demo (which is totally out right now on the Playstation or XBOX store and takes around 45 minutes to beat), and a movie (which is the above trailer)! Geez, it is like we are about to be under a never ending assault of Final Fantasy 15! Now I know what those guys at Fort Condor felt like.

The above video, named Kingsglaive, has the description of “The magical kingdom of Lucis is home to the world’s last remaining Crystal, and the menacing empire of Niflheim is determined to steal it. King Regis of Lucis commands an elite force of soldiers called the Kingsglaive. Wielding their king’s magic, they fight to protect Lucis. As the overwhelming military might of the empire bears down, King Regis is faced with an impossible ultimatum – to marry his son, Prince Noctis to Princess Lunafreya of Tenebrae, captive of Niflheim, and surrender his lands to Niflheim rule. Although the king concedes, it becomes clear that the empire will stop at nothing to achieve their devious goals, with only the Kingsglaive standing between them and world domination.”
