“All we have to do is stop a god, defeat the most powerful beings on Earth, and save the world.” That’s Hank McCoy, aka the Beast, talking to Mystique and giving her the lowdown regarding the impossible situation they currently find themselves in. Throughout the sarcastic, somewhat defeatist monologue, we catch a few new images of our favorite, pre-pubescent X-Men in action.
Mystique’s response to Hank’s dire assessment? “Let’s go to war.”
And then….they fight! Will they win? Hmmmm. I think the odds really aren’t in their favor at all. I mean, one Horseman could kick the ever loving poop out of whatever team Charlie cobbles together, so…..Ugh.
