“Robin Hood needs his band of merry men, right?” So says Wild Dog (Rick Gonzales) as he mills about the ‘arrow-cave’ with other new additions to ‘Team Arrow 2.0!’ Yep, Ollie’s putting together a team and it consists of new recruits Wild Dog, Michael Holt/Mr. Terrific (Echo Kellum), and Artemis/ Evelyn Sharp (Madison McLaughlin), with stalwarts Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) hanging around to make sure things don’t go to complete and utter sh*t. Anyway, the modest bit of new footage here involves Artemis unleashing the ‘canary cry’ for .00023 seconds, so look up, press play, and watch ‘team 2.0’ put the smack-down on Star City’s indigenous criminality.
So, Evelyn actually donned the Black Canary garb in Arrow season 4 to enact a revenge-plot against H.I.V.E. The mutually beneficial alliance proved, well, mutually beneficial, and now she’s looking to upgrade her crime-fighting effectiveness with a permanent tour of duty on ‘Team Arrow 2.0!’
