Well, here you go. We got the trailer’s official classification, the poster, and now, finally, the first, full-blown teaser trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2!
And yep, we open with “Hooked on a Feeling” as we flash between members of the GotGV2 cast! We see Gamora’s deadly gait in some strange vessel, Yondu and Rocket wandering a very strange locale, the crew disembarking their dependable spacecraft, and a surprisingly understanding Drax the Destroyer consoling Peter Quill who is obviously having a hard time winning Gamora’s affection.
“There are two types of beings in this universe: those who dance, and those who do not.” This is the beginnings of Drax’s attempt at consolation. This leads to an unexpected request for a hug, and then the application of said hug regardless of the emphatically denied request.
And then THIS bit of cuteness….
