Kate Mara is a popular actor for dramatic roles. Appearing in several films and TV shows like The Martian, Brokeback Mountain, and the first season of American Horror Story, Mara has those expressive eyes and an explosive personality that allows her to clearly leave her mark on a scene. Kate Mara spoke about Fantastic Four during a recent interview. If you don’t remember the movie, you are lucky. Or perhaps you are now suffering from a traumatic episode and your brain has repressed the memory. Whatever the case may be, it seems like Kate Mara is still down for reprising her role as Sue Storm, AKA The Invisible Woman. Fantastic Four was a critical and commercial failure but other actors have also expressed an interest in returning such as Miles Tiller.
“Oh yeah, I’d love to be a part of a Fantastic Four sequel or whatever they may or may not have in store for us,” Mara stated. “And I know all the guys feel the same way. We loved working with each other. And we would love to actually play these characters in another way, somehow, in the future. I have no idea if that’s actually true, if that will happen. But I’d be really happy to do it.” Could another Fantastic Four movie be in the works? Would movie going audiences give the Fantastic Four a 4th chance? Well, I guess that actually kind of makes sense. 4th time’s the charm for Marvel’s First Family!
