Prepare yourself! The above is the New X-Men Apocalypse Trailer. What kind of things might you be able to expect? How about some better shots of Ivan Ooze, err, I mean Apocalypse? That was bit of a cheap shot and I’m sorry! Truth be told, Apocalypse looks much better and sounds much better in this New X-Men Apocalypse Trailer. Beyond that, we get to see some of our favorite X-Men members return as well as some new ones; anybody for Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Nightcrawler? So neat! We also get to see the set-up for Apocalypse’s Four Horsemen and the groundwork for an epic battle between Apocalypse and our beloved X-Men. It looks so very bombastic!
X-Men Apocalypse opens up on Memorial Day(May 27, 2016) and was written by Simon Kinberg and directed by Bryan Singer. Apocalypse stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar Isaac, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn and Lucas Till. Will Poe Dameron finally get his jacket back? Wait, wrong Oscar Isaac. Still, I bet Apocalypse would give the First Order what-fer! Perhaps we could get Magneto as a loaner or something…if Starkiller can drag a Star Destroyer out of low-orbit then surely Magneto can…surely!
