All’s been quiet on the Spiderman: Homecoming front, excepting the occasional bit of casting news and further speculation regarding Michael Keaton’s nefarious role (yes, we’re 95% sure he’s The Vulture, but there’s a pesky uncertainly languishing within that 5%). Anyway, we were getting “amazing” images of actor Tom Holland in full Spider-Man costume; he was swinging, hanging, and milling about the forest with his handy, dandy backpack. Well, the silence is OVER! An avid Instagram user (via The Wrap) snapped a picture of what appears to be the very first Spider-Man: Homecoming poster. OBSERVE!
How did this particular Instagram user come across the very first Spider-Man: Homecoming poster? Apparently, this glorious image of the MCU in-canon wall-crawler was adorning wall space at a fashion convention in Las Vegas (more than likely the annual MAGIC fashion tradeshow visited by yours truly in an effort to provide you with the finest superhero t-shirts).
So, what do you think? It’s a classic Spider-Man pose, perfectly capturing the essence of…uh…essential, sorely missed Spider-Man-ness.
